Craig Whiting and Daniel Boyle, our two Directors, have a combined 30 + years in the recruitment world.
Daniel Boyle
Daniel begun his Recruitment Career after half a decade working in the Music business. He has since spent 17 years working in the Financial Technology space, primarily focused on the Buy-Side world. He has run successful teams, and headed up Global divisions for large international recruitment firms before founding RLS Search in early 2014. Since then, with the help of Craig Whiting, they have grown RLS Search to be the supplier of choice for a number of the world’s largest and most prestigious Hedge Funds. Maintaining their ‘Top Supplier’ status worldwide year in year out.
Daniel brings a wealth of experience to the team at RLS Search, operating as the CEO and focusing on the training and development of consultants. He still maintains a foot in the Music business, Producing music regularly, holding a Grammy Nomination as a Record Producer and Engineer, alongside being a regular lecturer at Abbey Road Studios in London for their University students.
He splits his time between RLS Search’s Italian location, and the UK office. Where in the former location he is currently restoring a 16th century building into a Hotel, that will also function as a summer retreat for the companies top billers who earn a place in the RLS Summer incentives.
Craig Whiting
Craig entered Recruitment in 2008 after graduating and cut his teeth in the Financial Technology space during the financial crisis of 2008/2009. During that period, he recruited for Banks and Hedge Funds, before specialising in the Buy-Side and Fintech recruitment markets.
He achieved ‘Top Biller’ status at a global PLC Recruitment firm, and rapidly progressed into team leadership and subsequently management, building and leading high-performance teams of recruiters. Renowned for his deep technical and business knowledge, Craig plays a leadership role in day-to-day recruitment, with a particular focus on client development and relationship management, practical application of training and occasionally getting into the trenches and making placements.
Outside of work he is kept busy by three children, and is very active in martial arts with a particular focus on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
